At Asimetrico Global LLC, we operate strictly as a B2B advisory firm. To protect our time and maintain high service standards, we enforce a strict cancellation and refund policy.
Consultation Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Notice Required: Rescheduling or canceling an advisory session requires a minimum of 24 hours' written notice prior to the scheduled start time.
- Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session or cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the session fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. As a courtesy, clients may be offered one (1) opportunity to reschedule a missed meeting at our sole discretion.
Refund Policy for Advisory Services
- Rendered Services: All sales are final for consulting hours, advisory sessions, or deliverables that have been completed or rendered. Because our service is knowledge-based and time-intensive, we do not offer refunds once the advisory process has commenced.
- Retainers: For unused prepaid retainers, clients may request to terminate the engagement. Asimetrico Global LLC will deduct the value of hours already fulfilled at our standard rate, plus an administrative termination fee, and refund the remaining balance within 7-14 business days.
- Chargebacks and Disputes: By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. In the event of a billing dispute, you agree to contact info@asimetricollc.com first to attempt a resolution prior to initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.
